I don't know how many times I have entered a residence and the home was not prepared for a photoshoot. The realtors did the best they could to communicate and prepare their homeowners for a photoshoot but many things were missed.
Some "Turn and Burn" photographers just shoot the residence "As Is" without considering what is in the photos. Planet Click takes pride in our photos. Before we press "Click" we consider many aspects of what makes a great photo. Lighting, symmetry, depth, and clarity are a few things we can control to make your photos great. What we can't control is what is in front of our lens.
Always remember that your viewers are going to see the details and we created this checklist with your viewers in mind because we want those viewer to become buyers!
So, we created this comprehensive checklist for your homeowner to follow. It is available on digital devices by clicking the image of the checklist on the right. There is a printable version available online as well.
In addition, we have mini stagers and home cleaners available for hire that can help prepare your home before we arrive for your photoshoot! This service is great for elderly or disabled homeowners who are limited in properly preparing the home for a photoshoot.
