I don't know how many times I have entered a residence and the home was not prepared for a photoshoot. The realtors did the best they could to communicate and prepare their homeowners  for a photoshoot but many things were missed. 

Some "Turn and Burn" photographers just shoot the residence  "As Is" without considering what is in the photos. Planet Click takes pride in our photos. Before we press "Click" we consider many aspects of what makes a great photo. Lighting, symmetry, depth, and clarity are a few things we can control to make your photos great. What we can't control is what is in front of our lens. 

Always remember that your viewers are going to see the details and we created this checklist with your viewers in mind because we want those viewer to become buyers!
